Joseph L. Welch President & Chief Executive Officer
-
Mr. Welch is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. As its founder, Mr. Welch had overall responsibility for ITCTransmission's vision, foundation and transformation into the first independently owned and operated electricity transmission company in the United States. As president and CEO, Mr. Welch is focused on investing in electricity transmission system improvements through ITC Holdings and establishing ITCTransmission as a best-in-class electricity transmission company through the implementation of innovative methods to improve reliability, reduce transmission constraints and lower the total cost of delivered energy. During his career at Detroit Edison from 1971 to 2003, Mr. Welch has held positions of increasing responsibility in the electricity transmission, distribution, rates, load research, marketing and pricing areas and regulatory affairs that included the development and implementation of regulatory strategies.
Mr. Welch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

Linda H. Blair Executive Vice President & Chief Business Officer

Ms. Blair is responsible for short- and long-term strategic planning, regulatory affairs, internal and external communications and the company's human resources function. Prior to joining ITCTransmission in 2000, Ms. Blair was a supervisor in Detroit Edison's regulatory affairs department, where she developed and managed all regulatory relations and communications activities within the Michigan Public Service Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Ms. Blair earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs Management from Michigan State University.

Jon E. Jipping Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jipping, executive vice president and chief operating officer,
is responsible for transmission system planning, system
operations, engineering, and supply chain management.
Mr. Jipping was previously senior vice president of engineering,
responsible for transmission system design, maintenance and
project engineering.
Prior to joining ITC in 2003, Mr. Jipping was manager of business
systems and applications in Detroit Edison's Service Center
Organization. In this capacity, he was responsible for
implementation and management of business applications across
the distribution business unit. Mr. Jipping joined Detroit Edison in
1990 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility
in transmission operations and transmission planning, including
serving as principal engineer and manager of transmission
planning during the sale of ITC Transmission.
Mr. Jipping earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from Calvin College and a Masters of Science degree
in Electrical Engineering, concentrating in power systems, from
Michigan Technological University. He is a registered professional
engineer in the state of Michigan.

Cameron M. Bready Senior Vice President, Treasurer and CFO

As Senior Vice President, Treasurer and CFO, Bready brings 15 years of financial and accounting experience to the company. Bready will be responsible for the company's accounting, finance, treasury, and other related financial functions.
Most recently, Bready served as vice president of finance at Northeast Utilities in Hartford, Conn., where he was responsible for the financial assessment and structuring of the company's FERC regulated transmission and state regulated distribution infrastructure investments in the Northeast. He also oversaw financial policy matters, including cost of capital and capital structure requirements and dividend policy, as well as all corporate financial planning and analysis functions.
Prior to this post, Bready served in various senior management positions at Mirant Corporation, a large wholesale electricity generator based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Mirant, Bready worked as a senior manager in the Transaction Advisory practice at Ernst & Young and an audit manager for Arthur Andersen.
Bready holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Edward M. Rahill President of ITC Grid Development, LLC

Mr. Rahill manages ITC Grid Development and its subsidiaries and is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new business opportunities including new projects and partnerships.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Rahill headed the Planning and Corporate Development functions for DTE Energy. He joined DTE in 1999 as the Manager of Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances. Mr. Rahill has over 22 years of professional experience in finance and accounting with leading Energy and Fortune 500 companies such as Equitable Resources, Bell & Howell, Atlantic Richfield and Carborundum Corporation. Mr. Rahill earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and a Masters Certification in Economics from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Denis Y. DesRosiers Vice President, Information Technology & Facilities, CIO

Denis DesRosiers, vice president of information technology and facilities and CIO, is responsible for information technology and facilities planning and implementation. As CIO, he provides leadership for the strategic use of IT and facility resources in support of ITC's mission and goals. Prior to joining ITCTransmission in 2003, DesRosiers served as business development analyst of the transmission group at Detroit Edison, where he acted as liason for all Ontario electricity market and transmission issues.
DesRosiers earned a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in statistics from the University of Waterloo.

Joseph R. Dudak Vice President, Major Contracts and Special Projects

Mr. Dudak is responsible for suppliers, capital projects, operations and maintenance management and services for ITCTransmission's assets company-wide. Prior to joining the company in April 2003, he worked as a management consultant to energy, utility and manufacturing clients. He retired from National Steel in 2001, where he held a variety of executive and management positions in energy and environmental affairs, purchasing, strategic sourcing, transportation, special projects and asset sales. Mr. Dudak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and holds a lifetime Certified Purchasing Management (CPM) certification from the Institute for Supply Management.

Terry S. Harvill, Ph. D. Vice President of Energy Policy

Terry S. Harvill, Ph. D., vice president of energy policy, is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing company positions and strategies on key energy policy issues that impact ITC and its customers. Dr. Harvill was previously vice President of energy policy for Constellation Energy Resources, Inc., where he was responsible for the development and implementation of Constellation's federal and state government legislative and regulatory policies in North America. Previously, Dr. Harvill was director of regulatory policy and operation for DTE Energy where he developed the company's regulatory policies and strategies. He has also served as a Commissioner of the Illinois Commerce Commission (the state's public utility commission) and as former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar's assistant for business and economic development.
Dr. Harvill earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his Master of Science Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Illinois State University. He was awarded the Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40 Award in 2000 and was selected as a participant in the European Union Visitors Program, the International Leader Program of the European Union. Dr. Harvill is a board member of the Department of Economics at Illinois State University and the Renewable Energy Advisory Board at Illinois State University.

Elizabeth A. Howell Vice President, Operations

Elizabeth Howell, vice president of operations, is responsible for the operation of the electric transmission system and control area, operations engineering, compliance, training safety and security. Prior to her current position, Howell served as the manager of the Michigan Electric Coordinated Systems Control Area. She also spent 10 years at DTE Energy in various engineering capacities, including principal engineer on the project to implement Michigan's Electric Choice Program.
Howell earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological Institute and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Michigan State University. She is a NERC certified system operator.

Gregory Ioanidis Vice President, Business Strategy

Mr. Ioanidis, vice president of business strategy, is responsible for regulatory affairs, transmission pricing, state governmental and legislative affairs, stakeholder relations, community and government affairs and internal and external communications. Prior to joining ITC Holdings Corp., Mr. Ioanidis was the principal analyst in the Transmission/Business Development and Strategy Department at Detroit Edison, where he worked on the transmission strategic business plan, culminating with the formation of subsidiary ITC, and supported regulatory strategy and advocacy efforts related to the independent transmission company business model.
Mr. Ioanidis earned an Honors' Bachelor of Mathematics in actuarial science with a minor in statistics from the University of Waterloo. He also earned an MBA with a minor in production/operations from the University of Windsor.

Christine Mason Soneral Vice President and General Counsel of Utility Operations

Christine Mason Soneral, vice president and general counsel of utility operations, is responsible for legal matters connected with the operations, capital projects, contracts, property and litigation issues of ITC's independent transmission company subsidiaries.
She has extensive legal experience in the energy, telecommunications and public utility industries. She joined ITC in 2007 from Dykema, a Detroit-based law firm. She has represented clients before various courts, the Michigan Public Service Commission, the Michigan Tax Tribunal and other tribunals.
Mason Soneral earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University. She sits on the Judicial Qualification Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and serves on the board of the College of Social Sciences Alumni Association at Michigan State University.

Daniel J. Oginsky Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Oginsky is responsible for ITCTransmission's legal affairs, counseling the company on legal matters, and managing the company's legal department. Mr. Oginsky also serves as Secretary to the company's Board of Directors. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Oginsky served in private practice in Washington, D.C. and Lansing, Michigan. In private practice, while focusing on energy matters, he advised and advocated for ITCTransmission and other clients on regulatory, administrative litigation, legislative, transactional, property tax, and other matters. Mr. Oginsky earned his Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the Washington, D.C. Bar, and is a licensed lobbyist in Michigan.

Thomas W. Vitez Vice President, Planning

As vice president of planning, Mr. Vitez, formerly director of reliability planning for ITC subsidiaries ITCTransmission and Michigan Electric Transmission Company, LLC (METC), will be responsible for all system planning. Vitez joined ITC as principal engineer in transmission projects in 2001 when ITCTransmission was established as a separate subsidiary of Detroit Edison.
Vitez earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a master of business administration degree from the University of Michigan. He began his career in the utility industry in 1981 with Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy. He joined Detroit Edison in 1992. During his career, he has been responsible for residential development of distribution systems, demand side management options, transmission planning and reliability planning.
Vitez serves on a variety of industry working groups and panels and is past chairman of the East Central Area Reliability Council's (ECAR) Future System Study Group as well as the ECAR Transmission System Performance Panel Working Group. He also served on the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) Distribution Factors Task Force and is past chair of the Midwest Independent System operator (Midwest ISO) Expansion Planning Group and currently participates in Midwest ISO's Planning Advisory Committee.
